1. Eligibility for Return

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product.
We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Exchange Policy
At this time, we only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
If you wish to change the size or design, please make a new order after returning the original item (if eligible).
