2. Shipping Duration

Estimated delivery times:

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 business days

  • East Malaysia: 5–8 business days

  • International orders: Delivery time depends on destination and courier service.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and total order weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or for orders above a certain value (as announced on our website or social media).


4. Tracking Your Order

You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided once your order has been shipped.
If you encounter any issues with delivery, please contact the courier service directly or reach out to our support team.


5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before confirming your order.
Datmar will not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Re-delivery costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.


6. Customs and Duties (for International Orders)

For international deliveries, customs fees, import duties, and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
Datmar is not liable for any delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
